Jordan is an Arab country located in the Southwest of the continent of Asia specifically in the Middle East, it's on a common border with Syria from the north, Palestine from the west, Iraq from the east, and it's bordered to the east and south by the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and it overlooks the Gulf of Aqaba in the south, it has few bodies of water such as the Bay Aqaba that overlooks the Red Sea, and this is the only sea outlet to Jordan, and the Jordan River, it was named Jordan according to the river of Jordan. It has many important towns like Amman the capital, Irbid, and Zarga It has meaning or range of mountains Like the Balga Mountains, Sharah Mountains, Ajlown Mountains, and the highest mountain is Mount Umm al-Dami it is about 4854 meters high, and its also the most famous. there are other interesting geographical features, like Ajloun Castle which full of beautiful natures, The ancient city of Jerash, and the most famous, The PINK CITY OF PETRA.
